In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, El Molino del Feo hereby informs the User of the existence of an automated personal data file named “CLIENTS” registered with the General Registry of Data Protection (R.G.P.D.) and created for the purpose of managing relationships with users, customers, and prospects.

Providing personal data is required to contact us and receive information about El Molino del Feo’s products and services. Failure to provide the requested personal data or to accept this privacy policy will make it impossible to subscribe, register, or receive information about El Molino del Feo’s products and services. In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data obtained as a result of your submission of personal data will be incorporated into a database owned by El Molino del Feo. The company is located at Camino de Pradena s/n, 40165 Ventosilla y Tejadilla (Segovia), and has implemented all security measures established in Royal Decree 1720/2007.

The User who submits information to El Molino del Feo is solely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the data provided, and El Molino del Feo is hereby released from any liability in this regard. Users guarantee and are responsible, in all cases, for the accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the personal data provided, and agree to keep such data duly updated.

The user agrees to provide complete and accurate information on the registration or subscription form. El Molino del Feo is not responsible for the accuracy of information not produced by it and for which another source is indicated; therefore, it also assumes no liability for any hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of such information. El Molino del Feo is exempt from liability for any damage or harm the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects, or omissions in the information provided by El Molino del Feo, provided that such information originates from sources other than El Molino del Feo.

The purposes of data collection are: to carry out activities and provide information about El Molino del Feo’s products.

El Molino del Feo will not share user data with third parties. However, if such data were to be shared with any company, prior notice would be provided before collection, requesting the express consent of the affected individual.

To exercise these rights and in compliance with Instruction 1/1998, dated January 19, issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency, you must verify your identity to El Molino del Feo by sending a photocopy of your National Identity Card or any other legally valid form of identification.

El Molino del Feo has adopted the legally required security standards for the protection of personal data, as set forth in Royal Decree 1720/2007 on Security Measures. However, we also employ additional measures, such as state-of-the-art firewalls, in addition to technical measures like software for encrypting confidential information and controlling access to personal data, restricted user accounts, security policies, and user accounts and passwords that expire as required by the LOPD, and other systems designed to prevent the misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of Personal Data provided to El Molino del Feo. El Molino del Feo shall not be liable for any damages or losses that may arise from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone malfunctions, or disconnections in the operation of this electronic system caused by factors beyond El Molino del Feo’s control; delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads in telephone lines or overloads at the Data Processing Center (Data Processing Center), the Internet, or other electronic systems, as well as for damages that may be caused by third parties through unlawful interference beyond El Molino del Feo’s control.

The User declares that he or she has been informed of the terms and conditions regarding the protection of personal data and hereby accepts and consents to the automated processing of such data by El Molino del Feo, in the manner and for the purposes set forth in this Personal Data Protection Policy.
